Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began competing in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a year she could earn her Professional Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015, she continued her path from last year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. At the end 2009 she won several fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro was held in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. She came in third at the competition. The summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place within the fitness division despite not having any expectations. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel prefers to concentrate on her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, with a machine. and sitting rows. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
