Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal activist and a writer, who has won numerous Awards. The actress is famous for movies such as Love Story (1970) Goodbye Columbus (1969) as well as The Getaway (1972). She was raised by an artist family in New York and wanted to explore a career in the artistic fields. After working as assistant to photographers, she turned her attention towards modeling and acting. She was awarded an award called the Golden Globe Award in 1990 for being a promising actress. MacGraw's 1970 feature film Love Story was an international hit, earning her the Academy Award nomination and Golden Globe Award. After only three movies, she was voted the Top female box-office start worldwide. At Grauman's Chinese Theater, in 1972, she had her handprints and signature engraved. Her other credits include The Getaway Convoy Players, the miniseries on TV The Winds of War and other. Her autobiography Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw was married three times.
